ABOUT
Dr. Ti'eshia Moore is an interdisciplinary educator and researcher. Her expertise is in studying and helping leaders at their highest capacity. She has extensive experience with strategic planning, cross-cultural constructs, non-profit effectiveness, and investigating the individual-collective makeup of organizations. In short, how do a variety of organizations further mission, increase outputs, evaluate change, enhance staff development, and think about the greater good without sacrificing the "bottom line"?
That is what she does- helps to make organizations better. As an educator, she is passionate about working with college students, both traditional and adult learners, tackle these issues and more. She focuses on mission-drivien individuals, inside and outside the classroom. She developed and taught courses for adult learners including leadership and social responsibility as well as public speaking and service learning. She has also presented her research at international conferences and contributed to peer-reviewed journals.
Through years of international service work, Dr. Moore gained an understanding and personal action plan to innovate through education and action. She weaves service in most of her work and nurtures the ideas of finding purpose in solving complex problems through solving the most pressing human needs.
